General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ChristinaMilian.org within 30 days of delivery for a full refund should it be a mistake in the order and agreed upon by the admin and managers of the site or Xtinamiliantv@aol.com. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will guide you through the process. 8x10's and photos are owned by MilianCorp. no duplicating or use in soliciting without the permission of ChristinaMilian.org Management.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return in our online Returns Center. Such an order will not receive a refund if you do choose to return it.

Please note : You must contact us via email at xtinamiliantv@aol.com BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.

RETURN POLICY
- If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping. Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items. Please note: Our website if FULLY automated and all orders go directly to the warehouse for packaging and shipping. If you select Ground shipping (3-6 business days) and you need the item sooner, please select RUSH delivery (2-3 business days). We are not responsible for items delivered in 3-6 business days if you needed them sooner and did not select RUSH service.
