Christina has signed on to a new movie, which is set to start filming next week in Boston and will hit theaters sometime next year!

The movie is The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, starring Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Garner, Michael Douglas, and more. Here is a brief synopsis of the movie from ComingSoon.net:

In the film, Matthew McConaughey plays Connor, a womanizer who attends the wedding of his younger brother (Breckin Meyer) and bride (Lacey Chabert). There, he’s haunted by several old flames, including the bride’s best friend (Jennifer Garner).

Although a lot of the supporting cast has been announced in the last couple days, including Jennifer Garner, Breckin Meyer, Lacey Chabert, Anne Archer and Emma Stone (from Superbad), one name that hasn’t been mentioned but that we got out of Waters is the one and only Michael Douglas who will be playing “the Marley character, the old ghost who’s dead, his Uncle Wayne, a ’70s playboy, who was his mentor and he wears Bob Evans shades and guides him around the ghost world.”

Christina plays one of McConaughey’s ex-girlfriends and she is very excited about this project!

Christina has been promoting her new movie, “Snowglobe", in New York lately. She taped an episode of the Rachael Ray Show, which will air Wednesday.

“Welcome to our holiday open house! First up: one of Rachael’s all-time favorite actors, John Cusack! Then pop sensation and rising star Christina Milian is reading us her childhood Christmas list, and Rachael has a holiday surprise for her mom Elsa.”

Christina is set to star in a new ABC Family made-for-TV movie titled Snowglobe. The film is part of the ABC Family channel’s ‘25 Days of Christmas’ programming.

Here is a brief synopsis of the movie:

“Snowglobe” stars Milian as a woman who somehow magically transports herself into from the humdrum real world into the idyllic setting in her gradmother’s snow globe, where she meets her love interest, played by “Scream 3′” Matt Keesler. Also cast is Luciana Carro.

Christina will leave Monday to head up to Calgary, Canada to begin shooting.

Great news, fans!

Christina wanted everyone to know that her show “Eight Days a Week” got picked up as a midseason replacement. The CW network has ordered 13 episodes, which will air in early 2008!
